  • Specialist in Sports, Orthopedic, Pain Management, Spine, Acute Hospital Care, and Geriatric care.
  • Owner of an Outpatient Physical Therapy Clinic
  • Owner of a Home Health Agency
  • Runner-up in Texas Open Body Building Championships
  • Competitive athlete in Basketball, Volleyball, Track, Soccer, Raquetball, Running, Biking and Snow Skiing
  • Nutrition and Weight Loss Coach x 16 years
  • Strength Training Coach x 16 years

 She has continued to pursue fitness training and studying nutrition while working in her career as a Physical Therapist. Rachelle won a triathalon and took Second place in the Las Vegas marathon. She entered the Body for Life contest and placed in the top 10 of over a million applicants in her level. Rachelle also competed and placed in the Texas Open Bodybuilding Championships after training just 12 weeks. She also was 1st Runner-up in the Houston Body Transformation Challenge.

Rachelle is now the mother of 8 children, 4 boys and 4 girls and has personally trained hundreds of women and athletes from the ages of 12 to 90+ years old.

  • Triathlete: full Ironman(140.0), Half Ironman(70.3), and marathon(26.2) finisher
  • Co-Founder of the first all women’s half marathon in Utah, The Pink Series Race Series
  • Competitive athlete in Swimming, Gymnastics, Cheer, Running, Biking, Triathlon & Snow Skiing
  • Group Fitness & Yoga Instructor in California & Utah
  • Youth Fitness Trainer for Competitive Soccer, Swimming and Rugby Teams
  • Associates Degree in General Studies at BYU
  • Currently working on Nutrition Science Degree
